Wild Ecuador, is excited to offer you a once-in-a-lifetime adventure!

We specialize in adventure travel experiences, including running,  hiking and adventures tours.

 Our excursions are designed to take you to stunning and often remote locations, which means you will encounter outdoor hazards and be far from civilization and medical facilities.

Adventure travel inherently involves some risk, which we cannot completely eliminate.

Our professional guides are not responsible for risks beyond our control, though we are accountable for our duty of care and any negligence.

Our tours sometimes involve physical challenges  These activities may take place in varying weather conditions.

To participate comfortably, you need to be in good health and possess the required fitness level.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the fitness requirements of the tour you are booking.

By confirming your participation in this trip, you agree to the following:

• You (the guest booking with Wild Ecuador) acknowledge that you have read and agree to the full Terms & Conditions (available here) and accept the statements above.

• You understand and accept the limitations of liability for Wild Ecuador  and its partners, as well as your own responsibilities outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

• You agree that the professional guides will address any issues, problems, and challenges for the benefit of the entire group.

• By joining the trip, you accept the authority of the professional guides to make decisions, including the possibility of requiring a participant to leave the group if their health is at risk, their fitness level is inadequate, they have committed an illegal act, or their behavior negatively impacts the safety, enjoyment, or well-being of the group. Any costs associated with such measures will be the responsibility of the individual, and no refunds will be provided.

• You are responsible for your own safety and well-being. While the professional guide will assist you in the natural environment, they have no legal obligations beyond their duty of care.

• You acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk.

• You confirm that we advise to have adequate travel insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, mountain rescue insurance, personal liability insurance, or any other necessary coverage. It is your responsibility to verify and obtain the required insurance.

• You understand the physical demands of the tour and confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating.

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, mentally competent, and able to enter into this agreement.

• Lastly, you agree to sign a paper copy of this agreement at the beginning of the expedition, and acknowledge that this digital document is valid with or without a signed paper version.
